UK Orders - Free delivery over Ā£40
We offer free UK delivery on orders over Ā£40. There is a Ā£3.00 delivery charge on orders under this.
A person over 18 is required by law to be present for all deliveries of alcohol.
We try wherever possible to dispatch all orders received before 12pm the same day, except for orders received over the weekend, which will ship on Mondays (excluding bank holidays).
If there are any delays, we will endeavour to let you know.
For local deliveries, we may choose to hand deliver your parcel. We will keep you informed of its progress.
Returns
Your shipment should arrive in perfect condition. It is imperative that you contact us immediately if this is not the case.
You will be required to provide evidence of the condition of any goods deemed damaged or defective.
Bottles of alcohol cannot be returned; your statutory rights are not affected.
All claims are processed within 7 working days.
Overseas Orders
We will be shipping overseas from June 2022.
