UK Orders - Free delivery over £40
• We offer free UK delivery on orders over £40. There is a £3.00 delivery charge on orders under this.
• A person over 18 is required by law to be present for all deliveries of alcohol.
• We try wherever possible to dispatch all orders received before 12pm the same day, except for orders received over the weekend, which will ship on Mondays (excluding bank holidays).
• If there are any delays, we will endeavour to let you know.
• For local deliveries, we may choose to hand deliver your parcel. We will keep you informed of its progress.
Returns
• Your shipment should arrive in perfect condition. It is imperative that you contact us immediately if this is not the case.
• You will be required to provide evidence of the condition of any goods deemed damaged or defective.
• Bottles of alcohol cannot be returned; your statutory rights are not affected.
• All claims are processed within 7 working days.
