Filey Signature Gin | Filey Distillery

Indulge in Filey Distillery's signature gin - a recipe that embodies the town's enchanting spirit. Crafted with the utmost care and attention, every drop of our signature gin is distilled and bottled in a 160-year-old former herring smokehouse on the North Yorkshire Coast.

Our master distillers have meticulously selected a range of botanicals, including juniper, angelica, and some secret ingredients, that perfectly complement one another to create a unique and delightful flavour profile.

Savour the flavours of our signature gin by serving it with a slice of orange or lemon, and try to guess all the botanicals used. Every sip of Filey Distillery's signature gin is a celebration of our passion for crafting high-quality, distinctive spirits that are sure to please even the most discerning gin enthusiasts.
