UK Orders - Free delivery over Ā£40
ā¢ We offer free UK delivery on orders over Ā£40. There is a Ā£3.00 delivery charge on orders under this.
ā¢ A person over 18 is required by law to be present for all deliveries of alcohol.
ā¢ We try wherever possible to dispatch all orders received before 12pm the same day, except for orders received over the weekend, which will ship on Mondays (excluding bank holidays).
ā¢ If there are any delays, we will endeavour to let you know.
ā¢ For local deliveries, we may choose to hand deliver your parcel. We will keep you informed of its progress.
Returns
ā¢ Your shipment should arrive in perfect condition. It is imperative that you contact us immediately if this is not the case.
ā¢ You will be required to provide evidence of the condition of any goods deemed damaged or defective.
ā¢ Bottles of alcohol cannot be returned; your statutory rights are not affected.
ā¢ All claims are processed within 7 working days.
